nadenislamarre strange that you had to reinstall. can you reproduce to generate a log ?
i think it is not neccessary to reproduce as the previous beta versions only have had this bug and now with rc0 it is fixed.
nadenislamarre i agree that this is a bug. but i'm not sure about the correct way to fix. i'll analyze better. i mark it inmy todo list for 5.23
thanks! 🙂
nadenislamarre i think it depends on the tv. i will do more tests, but some tv stretched by themself and i can't really do things like i don't know howthe tv will behave.
my tv does not stretch the image by itself (i have deactivated this function, so that the tv will always show the image just like it is/the source is sending it).
but it is not a big deal, i will just use one of the libretro cores for N64, if i want to play in 4:3 ratio (also then there will be the beautiful bezels at the sides 🙂 )
for dreamcast i will just use TV Mode AUTO (=720p) if i want to play in 4:3 ratio 🙂 so everything fine for me.
so far i did not find any other bugs/problems with RC0 of 5.22 for the RPi3 🙂 Outstanding job and a big Thank you for all the great work you (all devs and people who are helping) have done!
i'm looking forward for the x86_64 version to test 😉
