Dreamcast with only 50fps in Batocera 5.22_09062019 x64

Hello! I'm Brazilian and I do not speak English, so I'm using a translator, I'm ...

I have a problem with the reicast core after upgrading the batocera to version 5.22 09062019.
The problem is that most of the games on my list run at fps below normal ..
ex:
60fps games = 50fps
30fps games = 24fps
I do not get the same performance from the previous version "5.21" that ran all games at fullspeed ...
I would even downgrade to version 5.21 if I had not liked the addition of the NeoGeo CD emulator in this version ...

anything that can help me ???

My PC is:
core i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz
8GB Ram - Intel integrated video, openGL 4.5.

That sounds like you have switched from NTSC (60 fps) to PAL (50 fps) somehow. Maybe a BIOS issue?

Really, all I had to do was select from the retroarch REGION = NTSC menu options.
