The overclocking setting in Batocera is only relevant for RPi and not for PC.
If you want to overclock your PC then you have to use Bios Settings of your PC (if your BIOS has settings for overclocking).
@nadenislamarre maybe for PC version of Batocera the overclocking settings should be removed (if possible) to avoid confusion?
