Batocera 5.22 dolphin controller

Hi,

I have installed batocera 5.22 on x86_64 but i am unable to configure dolphin controllers for GameCube and Wii.
Outsider the game the dolphin configuration file are reset and inside the game the configuration doesn't. With recallbox it's work. But i prefer batocera for atomiswave and Naomi.
Please help me because i am not able to configure GameCube and Wii controllers.

what do you mean with dolphin controller?

It doesn't work with the gc or wii options, but, pressing f1 then playing it from there sure works fine n' dandy. I know it's a lot of work, but it plays. If not, try the portable emulationstation on Windows. Somehow, after you configure controller with PS2, Cemu, Dophin, Redream, Citra, NullDC, Mupen64, MAME, Everything should work to your liking.
I'm still trying to figure out how to inject Linux version of Redream, Citra, and PPSSPP GOLD, onto Batocera to my liking and save it to my liking too. With better graphics, the controller, adding my complete SAVEs on here. But, we'll see.

I am trying to figure out how to update the dolphineControllers.py in 5.22 of Batocera. I do not like how the buttons are configured when you open a game in the Dolphine emulator. It does not work for Super Mario Sunshine. On the previous release I would make the changes and then run 'recalbox-save-overlay.sh' to commit the changes but when I do that it breaks something and none of the emulators will run.

You like 007 when he should shoot, instead pull out his smartphone ? Me not. So better stay in 5.21.
I was never asking for a team, should it be Recalbox or Batocera for more job. I think it would be indescent for a free offer. I just complain about silly decision, that cost no time to nobody. Comparing first x86 version of Recalbox and first x86 version of Batocera, Batocera was hudge leader and much better. Now it becomes with bad decisions autoflagellation. But I am not fan or freak from emulation software, I am a USER. So I just look for a good solution for myself. I understand that this deluge of mini-boards with short life is a challenge.
The question to ask, is it really necessary to run the platform on every new gadget coming out ? And instead not concentrate on the x86 version, with biggest future. As a PI4 with 4gb reach the price of x86 machines with double speed. Is it not spoiling ressources ?
