Start DOXBox with a harddrive image attached as C drive

I have a game that has been saved in a hard drive image. I need to have DOSbox mount the image as the C drive. I can get the image to mount as another drive letter but that will not work for the game. Is there anyway to override the way the C drive is mounted to the game folder and mount the IMG file to the C instead?

No, this is not possible. First letter for private use is D. But I never needed another letter. So I think it should be another solution. If your game is packed as .img and not the additional image of an CD-Rom, just unpack it and use it the normal way. Packers as 7z can also unpack img files.

That worked. Thank you Dragu. I extracted the IMG file with 7z and then ran it like a normal DOSBox program and it seem to run fine. I guess I was trying to make it harder then it should be.
