I can't access TTy (terminal) anymore

Hello, I have a raspberry pi 3 and I use the batocera version 5.21.
Using a keyboard, what do hotkey utilize to access the terminal as root?

I need to access the terminal to change my wifi password.
I already try ctrl+alt+f2 , f4 ,shift....
I'am sorry ,I'am brasilian my english is very bad.

You can always try to connect by using putty over PC. login =root/password=linux
Very often, even when the PI is hanging, the remote terminal still works.
