Problem accessing browser menu

Hi!
I am a recent Batocera user on a Raspberry Pi3.
I did sucessfully access the Share folder throught PC File Explorer, but I cannot access the browser menu.
I want to manually update since I'm getting the "not enough space on boot" error.
Both Chrome and Edge say that the connection has been refused.
Can anyone help me?

there is no web access on batocera.
just unzip the file boot.tar.xz to upgrade manually. see the wiki.
