To be honest... it is a bit annoying trying to help you.
Because you just give too less information and when i ask your for more details, again you answer with too less information.
Imagine, you are working in the customer service of a mobile phone manufacturer (for example Samsung) and someone is calling you and says: "my phone is broken". Then you ask him, what the exact problem is and what mobile phone model he has, and he just answers: it does'nt work anymore and it is an old Samsung phone.
To come back to your problem.... when everything was fine at the beginning, then i would suggest, you do a backup of all your roms, saves, images, bios etc. (just copy the complete share folder) and then install Batocera again from scratch.
