Bounty option for features

Hello to the community..
I may ask what devs and people think about an option for bountys?
Sometimes someone would like to see a feature that isnt easy to implement or the devs have no
hardware to test with. Earning money with bountys could maybe help to improve batocera and
maybe is a way, to get more active devs in here. What do you think about it?

in theory the idea sounds good, but i belive that in practice it will just attract terrible devs that are just in it for the money.

imho if you want to support the devs, you should just donate to them directly and perhaps suggest the features you would like to see.
