Controller Support per System

Hello,

first af all thank you for this wonderfull OS. I just love it since I found it.

Could you think of an solution for easy controller management per system?
f.exp mapping of controller different on Gameboy than Gamecube etc.
I am using an innext Gamecube controller, not many buttons. Problem with exiting also via controller.
