When clicking on the 'System Settings' menu my PC seems to 'lock up' for about 12-15 seconds before it actually loads the menu.
The computer is an old Core2Duo E8400 with 8GB of DDR2 Memory and Batocera is installed onto an SSD Drive.
I actually have a another E8400 here as well (and old Dell Optiplex), the only real difference between the two systems is the Dell has 4GB of DDR3 Memory.
This system does NOT have the long load time to access the 'System Settings'.
Is this because of the DDR2 vs DDR3 memory difference or could there be something else causing the issues?
