Gamecube popup on startup

I have a popup when I open Gamecube games. It is so oddly small I cannot actually read what i says.... But it seems to have 2 options and when I select the one on the right it vanishes and starts the game correctly.... Not that it changes much but I actually have to move to keyboard off the sofa to 'right arrow' -> 'enter' it away ;-) It will not select with PS3 controller. I didnt yet play with optnions as I hope there is someone here that can just point me in the right direction ;-) Thank you in advance.

For the questions: I have installed 5.23 RC0 and decided to go back to 5.22 legacy on clean install. I have used 5.22 legacy before and never seen this before. So after fresh install I got this ;-)

Could you take a screenshot or a photo/video of this pop-up message?
Don't know what you mean exactly, because i never had something like that.
What are your hardware-specs?
And you have this issue with current version 5.23?
Could you test with a fresh new install from scratch on another USB-drive and try to reproduce this issue?

joinski Cant take a screen-shot on that screen it seems. And photo will not help as it is so small it is impossible to see anything useful not even mention reading it.

I never seen it before 5.23. But now even if I roll back to 5.22 the pop-up persists. I really dont want to wipe it again ;/ I keep wiping it every update it seems due to challenges system creates ;-) Worse comes to worse I will learn to live with it. I run it of HDD not USB.

i5-2.8 ghz, gtx 460.

I finally sat down and figure out what it was... It seems that dolphin was (or is?) creating duplicate save file for some reason in \share\saves\dolphin-emu\GC\USA\Card A. I deleted the duplicates and the error is gone.
