Controller buttons problems

Hello dear people I do not know what I'm doing wrong have a problem with the controllers in the 64 bit version and although I can connect my controller but if I want to prove the keys that works but if I want to start a game is the key assignment again totally different and it is not playable. The problem is also with simple emulators like nes or snes
I have the problem with all controllers PS3, SF30 Pro or Analog Controller.

what version of x64 batocera are you using?

I connect a controller no matter which with cable or via Bluetooth.
If I then prove in the main menu, the controller keys works well but he does not seem to save or incorrectly because when I start a game, the keys are arbitrarily occupied. Example Start is Select, L1 is R2 and the Home button is almost never, and so on. And if it saves it then because I was lucky, it is all gone again after a restart.

I'm sorry, but me and many others do not have such problems with PS3 and 8bitdo SF30 Pro controllers.
So i would suggest, you install batocera again from scratch to a new USB-drive and try again, if your controllers then work properly.

Otherwise, could you give me some games/examples, that you tried, where you had such issues?
And which version of batocera are you using? The current and official 5.23? Or do you use a preloaded image downloaded somewhere else?

The problem was going on with version 5.20 I think I have already installed Batocera several times because I tried to solve the problem myself.

Can it be due to my system?

But everything worked!

In which games that does not matter from Super Mario Bros to PSX crash bandicoot at all I have the problem only the Wii goes without problems but there have a Wii controller.

Now I'm almost scared that I have to give up my arcade machine.

I have installed Batocera at least 100 times and i never had any issues with PS3-controller button mapping.
PS3-Controllers work just right out-of-the-box (just plug in the controller via usb-cable, wait 10 seconds, unplug the cable, press PS-button of the controller and play. No manual button mapping required).
So i do not know, what the cause of your problem is.

If there was a general problem with Batocera then a lot more people would have reported it.
