3DS Games

I have BATOCERA 5.22 I can't get any 3DS game started, all of them decrypted for use with the CITRA emulator.
My PC is an Intel i3-3220 @ 3.30Gh, 4Core, 4Gb Ram, OPENGL 4.3 Table 19.0.1
Anyone know the solution?

Which emulator are you using? I don't know, if in 5.22 there was libretro citra or standalone citra only.
For older batocera versions (like 5.20 for example, and maybe 5.22 also) you need additional files for 3DS.

Otherwise you could test with Batocera version 5.23 or even the current 5.24 beta 😉

joinski I updated to 5.23 before and it was worse .. More EMUs failed me yet !!
On this same PC, using Win7, CITRA works perfectly for me ..

I had no problems with 3ds on 5.22. similar setup with opengl 4.5

I myself HAVE no Problem with 3ds on my 5.22 plus Firefox img. Of course it's an 128gb I got from youtube, but configured it to MY liking and loaded up with a bunch of 3ds I collected from arcadepunks. Good luck by the way

did you try a fresh new install from scratch?
you could use a blank usb-thumb drive (if you have one laying around) and just test the current beta of 524. there you can choose between standalone Citra and Libretro Citra (advanced game settings, 3ds, emulator/core).
for me (and many others) 3ds works without issues.

I know, but I want all the games with their data and their videos.
I never get the SKRAPER Ui, and I am registered .., connect to your database, therefore I have not managed to download even 1 VIDEO !!
v5.24 BETA works correctly?

Emulation in general will never work perfectly 😉
You could give v5.24 beta a try, though.

just download "batocera-5.24-x86_64-20191005.img.gz" and use etcher to write this file onto a fresh formatted USB-drive (USB thumb-stick or external Harddrive) and boot from it 😉

Well, I tried version 5.24 and yes, 3DS games with EMU Libretro work!
The truth is that they are quite slow, compared to the Win7 version of CITRA, but I guess what will be missing now is to configure it well.
Right now I am downloading, out of curiosity, BATOCERA Plus. I'm interested in Windows games. I want to use my Pinball buttons with BATOCERAAA !!

Do you have other PC-Hardware (some more modern/stronger CPU/GPU) that you could test?
A while ago i made some tests with several PC-Hardware, that i had laying around at home with Batocera v 5.21 (but it was a beta version at that time), with the result that for 3DS (it was also Libretro Citra) a Intel Celeron G1610 (with integrated Intel HD Graphics 2500) was suitable/sufficient for running Super Mario 3D Land at native resolution in full speed.
That's why i wonder a bit, why your i3-3220 is too slow. Which 3DS games did you test?
