Neogeo error

Hi. When I try to play neogeo games I get the black screen. what is the problem? I use batocera 5.24 on raspberry pi 3b +. Thank you

Go to the neogeo core with select+B and use annother BIOS version

Also, make sure you have the right BIOS for the emulator you're using (if Final Burn Neo or MAME), a file named neogeo.zip. It must be inside the bios folder in the SD card.
