It's possible to use multiple HDDs at same time?

I would like to load several roms from different HDD at the same time, for example, assuming I have 2 hdd of 120 GB each, the first disk for consoles: n64, snes, etc, (Just romsets that don't weigh too much), But on the other disk I have roms packs of ngc, PSP, PS2, ps1, Wii, (roms that weigh too much).

This is for people who do not have a single HDD of sufficient storage capacity.

(If the option is already possible I would like a quick and easy guide)

I have pulled this off before with an earlier edition of Batocera using a symbolic link via terminal.

Formatted a new 4TB drive into something universal like NTFS and popped it into the system.

Get into terminal and just address the new drive with a symbolic link to the roms section. (Example: if the new drive name was "4TB" its location would be "/media/4TB/" you would just need to link 4TB to "/media/SHARE/roms/" )

Note: you would be moving whatever rom folder that you plan on supporting with your newer larger fantastical drive.

So if you were just going to go bananas on PS2 games you would create a PS2 folders under your new drive (above it would be "/media/4TB/PS2" and make sure that your boot drive batocera share folder would have a deleted "PS2" folder. I hope I am conveying this correctly.
