No Network connection yet I have IP

Hi!
I'm currently running version 5.22 for 64 bit computers and I'm having network issues.
The computer gives me an IP. The network share is accessible. The SSH server is accessible. But for some reason the network settings on the Batocera box tell me that the network is Not Connected.
I tried making making a custom.sh file like described here [https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Manual-IP-settings-(EN)] but it doesn't work.
While it does give a bunch of nameserver entries in the resolv.conf file, I still can't connect to the internet.
Is there a solution to this?

If I am wrong please correct me, but as far as I know this is because this status is checked with an dedicated url that no longer exists. Because same reason update do not work. But I think Batocera has full network (for example youtube in Kodi). I think there is a way to correct this url but I dont know how.

It could very well be, but I honestly don't know.
The only thing that's for sure is that there is no way to update the system without doing a full reinstall (or at least no way that I know of).

I'll have to try this. Hopefully it can do it through the network if the problem is with the GUI segment of the program.
