Problem with some ROMs, not all

So I have batocera on a thumb drive with all the roms in their spot. SNES, NES all work fine. Most of the N64 ones don't load and all of the game gear ones won't load. I know the ROMs work because I've used the same ones on my PC and they load with retroarch. Any ideas? I feel like this is a simple fix.

Ok this is possible. So that article has specific files that are needed. Any idea where to find them? A quick google search didn't provide the same files.

So a few things to note as I feel like I'm close but not complete. For SNES, the games that start with A - M work but any games after that dont? So weird. For my N64, the first 3 games work but the rest don't. It also says the Nintendo Family Disk System bio is missing but it's in the bios folder and the hash matches. and last and least, I can't find the GameGear BIOS anywhere.

mandinirules Sounds like a corrput file system or you are using one of these "fake" SD cards with a loop storage.
So some files are written to your card (3 out of x games) the rest of the files is written to content directory but not available.
