Disconnected Network Batocera 5.24

WIFI is on, but the network is always disconnected, how can I solve this ??

@tapcom There is a difference between internal network and the internet. Check your network setup (firewall, blocked ports...)

My network, port, firewall "FREE"...
It was working in previous versions, it stopped working in this last version

Today I did a test, installed RECALBOX, and THE STATUS of the NETWORK is "CONNECTED" ... Is there any file that I can change in BATOCERA to configure the NETWORK? I installed other versions of BATOCERA and ALL are with the network status "NOT CONNECTED"

Are you sure, that you are on Batocera 5.24?
Because this issue (you have an IP-Adress but "STATUS" says "NOT CONNECTED") should only appear on older versions of batocera, because they are pointing to the old web-adress (batocera-linux.xorhub.com) which is not online anymore and that's why it is saying "not connected".
Please download 5.24 from here:

Or the current beta of 5.25 from here:

and test again

I’ve downloaded a 16 GB image for PC.

System: Linux 5.4.16

I’m having this issue. WiFi works ok. Also cable. I connect and get IP from my router.

However, it says “Disconnected” and every time I try to download updates, it says (in Spanish) “SE NECESITA UNA CONEXIÓN DE RED” which means “You need a network connection”.

However, bezels and themes are downloading and installing OK.

I’ve been reading about that “older versions” are pointing to the wrong site.

My question is: which is the “right” site? And how can a I do to fix my current Batocera without having to manually download a newer or the last version and having to move everything to the new version? Is there any config file I could edit and manually write the correct destination?

Unofficial images are not supported.

Please, define “official”. Someone downloaded Batocera, added Roms and themes, and shared it. Where is the “unofficial” part?

As I mentioned, it’s Batocera 5.25-dev 2020/02/14 01:03

All I asked is which is the right site to point and where should I edit it so I can fix it by myself.

It’s not official at the time you add the ROM and theme and share it.

And do you know if you have made any changes to that batocera?
