Is Super Gameboy on SNES possible with Botacera?

With Retroarch (Windows) and BSNES HD core, I can load Super Gameboy enchanced gameboy roms. Is it possible to do this on Batocera using the same core? So far, I havent got them to run, but maybe the needed SGB roms need to be in a different location?

Yes, I know I can load them using Gameboy emulators, but I have nostalgia for the SGB and it's menu (pressing the L+R buttons). It was my favorite addition when owning a SNES console.

I never tried SGB roms, but Batocera supports BSNES core on x86_64. See https://batocera.org/compatibility it’s not the default core, so you have to enable it from the menu, but if it works with the same core on Windows, chances are high that it would work here too.

I tried it. I am using the same SGB1.sfc and SGB2.sfc that the BSNES core requires. I have them in my BIOS folder (it's SYSTEM on the Windows version), but they are not loading. I'm just wondering if these SGB files need to be somewhere else.
