Hi I'm looking to buy a pc that can emulate most of the retro games (not wii ecc that are over for my budjet)
What shoud I buy ?

All of those builds will handle up through N64 and Dreamcast. Probably not at 1080 though, and some shaders will cause slowdown. You generally want the highest clock speed you can afford. Decent gpu will help.

I have a laptop duel core every thing runs good till i get to gamecube,psp,ps2. For those I use my arcade which has an i5 in it

I got a PC especially for this reason for Christmas. I got an HP ELITEDESK 800 G3. I5-7600 processor, with 8gb ram. Got it for around £200 on eBay.

I'm very happy with it and it runs everything great. I can run all the Retroarch systems, plus Gamecube, Wii, PS1, PS2, PSP, 3DS. Also plays movies and tv shows great through Kodi.

I also wanted something that looks good under the TV, as I keep it plugged in to the TV in the living room as a console.
