Try to understand FBA directory

Hello, I have games running fine on FBA. However, one of them does not run at all : Spider-Man: The Videogame (MAME romset 0.198).

I try to understand where to put the ROM file (which directory ???) :

just fba
or fba > advmame
or fba > mame2000
or fba > mame2003 ???

-> do you know please ?

I have searched in the wiki but it is still not complete so I could not find any solution so far. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, after investigation, I see that this ROM works with mame 2010 or mame 2016. Is there any possibility to play with those cores for this game ? thank you
