So I've just finished installing Batocera from my usb to my internal 500gb HDD on an older Acer dekstop PC. Installation went fine. I did a scrap for missing rom images which also went fine. Once everything was finished and set up was complete I went on to try some games and absolutely NONE of them work! I have over 3300 ROMS installed to the correct roms folders, they all appear in their perspective place in the main screen. But no matter what game I click on, the screen flashes black for a second and goes right back to the main screen! Whats going wrong?
Also on a side (less important) note, I use HDMI from my desktop to my tv and there's no sound at all! (also in the options there's no option to enable hdmi audio)
