How do I use Batocera x64 with an old computer? (BIOS)

My computer isn't using uefi, and when booting, it doesn't even attempt to boot into batocera, nor will windows show either partition of the flash drive in explorer. How do I use Batocera on this PC? To be clear, this is, in fact, an x64 pc, it just doesn't wanna work.

I am having the same issue with my dual core 64 bit system. My older Batocera 5.21 could not connect to the network to update so i went to reinstall with the newer version and now it will not boot. The system states that there is no OS to boot, when I can clearly see it with a Linux USB stick.

Unless the new version does not work on 64 bit machines made in 2012, which is the exact reason why I told Apple to go bite the big one. lol
