Batocera X86_64 bump to latest linux kernel 5.X to support AMD Radeon RX 5500M

For the current X86_64 latest Batocera, if possible, please bump the linux kernel to latest 5.5 in order to support AMD Radeon RX 5500M and its HDMI video out/sound output.
