Certain roms (snes) stopped working on one card but still work on the other

I ran into a weird issue I can't figure out what happened.

I have 2 RPI3s and installed Bato5.25 on both copied the roms over and all is fine except that I noticed certain roms do not show up at all and others don't work anymore. you would launch the rom, the screen res changes to 720p black screen and after a few seconds returns to 1080p and brings up the menu. Most roms still work fine. First I though something went wrong while copying so I copied affected roms again but no luck. Here's the log when trying to launch an affected rom:

I also have a ton of WARNING lines like this in the es_log.txt:

Short of trying a reinstall, I don't know what else I could try...

Any ideas?

PS.: Python 2.7? 2.7 is end of life. Need to upgrade to v3

So I reinstalled and it worked until I started using the Bezel Project as Deco... seems for every missing bezel deco the respective rom wont launch anymore. We would need a fallback option, if bezel missing then fallback to "auto" or something.
