Megadrive doesn't work

I have an HP Compaq 9720s laptop with 250GB disk space and 1 GB RAM Intel Core Duo.
I Tryed with both cores, Picodrive and GenesisPlus but megadrive games doesn't work. How can i fix?
I didn't used bios files but i think they don't need them.
Please help.

Did you check the error log? You can find it here: /userdata/system/logs/es_launch_stderr.log.

I also encountered the same issue.
I checked the bios files you listed and they are correct.
Now, all the previous system line SNES that played, no longer does.

Hello Batocera Pros,

+1 with the same problem on an old. NES, SNES, PSX, C64, NEOGEO are all working, but MegaDrive is not. Only a black screen appears when games are launched. I confirm that no missing bios are showing under the “missing bios” menu. the ROMS are good and launch without issue on other machines.
