The web has been closed for not registered users a few days ago. If you have a free account, it may work... (For me it's working now)

I simply never encountered something like that. I was sure that api was changed :D

"Quick information: to help us with our infrastructure problems, OVH (your host) decided to plant it too today. We have paused our current work because it is impossible to work properly before OVH solves their own problems.
We cannot give you more information because it is beyond our control. We therefore ask you to postpone your scrapes later."

I have problem with ScreenScrapper from time to time (unrecognized game, missing image or missing video). Mainly resolved if I try later.

But with some games, (3 or 4 arcade games : "I'm Sorry", "Valkyrie no densetsu", ...), I have missing thumbnail even if the game is recognized by ScreeScrapper.

I think I'm having another problem that server one.

For some games, there is no thumbnail (case picture) on ScreenScrapper, so it's OK that Batocera don't have them. (for example on FBA : "I'm Sorry", "Valkyrie no densetsu").

For others games, in FBA, there is case pictures on ScreenScrapper, but they are not downloaded by Batocera 5.25 (other images and texts are OK for these games) :

"In the hunt" (inthunt.zip)
"Shock Trooper" (shocktro.zip)

Is there anyone with the same problem ? No cover for "Shock Trooper" or "In the hunt" ?

dovik No cover ? you mean Boxart ? for shocktro.zip, Screenscraper API v2 returns no boxart at all (2D ord 3D)
. For Inthunt.zip, Screenscraper API v2 returns boxart 2D and 3D for region WOR

For "Shock Troopers", it's display an ingame image in place of boxart. (Like the game "i'm sorry" on the left of my picture above)

But there's a cover on ScreenScrapper, I get it manually from https://www.screenscraper.fr/gameinfos.php?gameid=37639&action=onglet&zone=gameinfosmedias#mediazonebox-2D

If API v2 returns no boxart, so it's a problem in ScreenScrapper? Isn't it?

For "In the hunt", I get it manually too from : https://www.screenscraper.fr/gameinfos.php?gameid=41814&action=onglet&zone=gameinfosmedias#mediazonebox-2D

But before, there was an empty black square in place of cover.
So problem with API too?

How do you do to test API and be sure it's an API problem?

dovik I wrote ARRM scraper so I'm using APIV2. The inconsistencies between website and API must come from server issues encountered by Screenscraper's these days
