OK folks, I just put together a Batocera box out of an old PC I had sitting around. It's a dumpster fire of a machine (Dell Inspiron i3-4170 w/ 8 GB of RAM and integrated graphics) but it looks like I should be able to run Dreamcast, and PSP actually works. PS2 with this setup seems impossible.
Flash forward to right now when eBay gave me a $5 bribe to come back and use the service. This has me think that maybe a graphics card could get this computer running PS2 games. First off, does this even seem possible? Second, what's a decent graphics card that could get me some bang for my buck, given that the power supply has no PCI-E plugs?
If this is just an impossibility, that's also a fine answer to know.
