ITX inside SNES-Case

Hi,
ive installed a ITX-Board inside a old SNES-case. Its quiet narrow with all the wires and stuff like psu and a 40mm fan....but it fits.
Now i would like to add a old SNES-Cartridge with a small screen which show the cover of the current game.
The cartrdige should take place, where the original cartridges are sticked in...

Maybe someone already buid something like that?
And how could i display the cover on a second screen?

That sounds freaking awesome. I've never seen something like that before. But this is pretty unique so i think you will need much time and help from one of the defs for this.
