Xbox 360 Wireless Dongle pair not matching in emulator player

So when pairing 4 controllers using a wireless dongle, the controller mapped to each player in the menu does not correlate to the controller/player when entering a emulator.

I was playing a bunch of 4 and 5 player games across multiple emulator cores and controller mapping in the emulators seemed random.

Also how hard would it be to support more than 5 controllers? I would love to play 8 - 10 player Saturn Bomberman using multiple Wireless dongles. I already do 5 players using two 360 wireless dongles and its pretty seamless outside of the player mappings being weird.

What about the issue with the controller order in emulationstation not being in the same order when playing a game? Am I just doing something wrong?

Could you explain a bit more? When does this happen? With every emulator?

Upon further testing it only seems to happen when using multiple XBOX 360 wifi dongles. As soon as an additional controller connects to the second dongle it messes up the order of the controllers in emulationstation. After that the order in emulation station no longer matches the order in any of the emulators you launch.

I play 5 player titles with the family and it is kinda annoying trying to figure out what the controller order is every time.
