jayjr1105 I have two computers I have tried this on. One is an i5 4570T with Intel graphics and the other is a i5 4690 with Nvidia GT650 1GB. I would think the second system would have no problem with PS2 emulation having a dedicated graphics card. To be fair I've only tried 1 game and that's hotshots golf 3 and it's extremely slow. Is there anything I need to do to properly install the nvidia GPU drivers? Any tips would be much appreciated! Thank you Batocera team for curing my boredom during this time!
jayjr1105 Okay so I did edit the conf. file to enable the nvidia driver but performance barely improved. Still totally unplayable. Where next?
joinski jayjr1105 What does system information say? (you can look up in ES Menu, Settings, System Information and also in Kodi, Settings, System Info, Video). Are you sure, that the GT650 is supported by the drivers? https://wiki.batocera.org/doku.php?id=supported_hardware#nvidia_drivers Maybe you should try the nvidia-legacy version
jayjr1105 Yes, according to Nvidia site it is supported. It's not a super fast GPU but should blow away intel integrated. And yes, in System info it shows up as Nvidia now.
