what you could do is set up your new x64 as per usual. Then just transfer the config files and bios files that are not bound by architecture. Would that work? Roms and emulators and option settings maybe?

Yeah its an odd one, as im sure the config files would be a little different, ill ask in a post.

Yeah i think so, but would be nice not to have to go through all the settings again. Gotta work out how to enable the Graphics card to.

enabling the card isn't difficult as I have been advised here...

Just uncomment the one '#' after you make you bootable usb then it will be enabled.
I remember you said you will be using a 1030 right?

Oh that looks fairly simple.
Ya 1030, thought that will do for now. Do i use the standard 5.25 image?

Ok well looks like my optiplex is stuck with the courier, 4 days now!

Plugging in my USB Drive that i created, i get nothing come up in windows so cant edit anything, tried different ports resets ect, just will not show anything? I can see it in device manager but thats it?

take your usb out and put it back it back in a few times. That's what happened with me at first.
Also are you using an sd card with usb reader or straight up usb stick?

Already tried taking out and and back in 50 times, i hear it connect, i can see it in device manager, but just cannot view it at all?

Its a Sandisk 16gb Usb Stick.

ok, if that happens then this is how I solved it.
Plug the stick into your computer. Then go into disk management-you and type it at the bottom of windows next to the windows logo.
Then delete all partitions and format/assign the drive letter process.
After that mine was recognised in windows.

Ah yes something like that, i went into disk manager and just assigned it a new drive letter, how weird, bloody windows!!!
Seriously!

Ok so changed the config, will have to test on my main pc as delivery company still have the pc in the depot and theres no current way of getting through to them, grrr.

Gonna back up my drive before i connect it, incase it borks out with the N2 files.

turds. about to try a pc boot up, OK Done. Just booted and told it where my drice was, and exact system as on 02 has come up all configured yay.

2 things?

How do i know if its using the card properly?
How do i access each emulator settings to change resolution?
