Scraper and theme not downloading

It seems the screen scraper and themes are not downloading.. my internet connection is working and i'm able to remote in to upload roms so its not my connection.

Swiff I have problem with themes on x86_64. Batocera is showing downloading theme however in reality it does not. I use external scraper (ARRM - https://forum.batocera.org/public/d/1288-arrm-gamelist-roms-manager/147) for convenience/options mainly. I would suggest going to discord to ask the question - you might get an answer faster than forum.

I solved problem.
Date os system erro.
Connect with ssh and update date of system.
command:
date MMddhhmmaaaa
MM - month
dd - day
hh - hour
mm - minutes
aaaa - year

after scrapes work 100%, I haven't tested the themes yet.
