BZZ Lecreateurlol63 Your graphic card is supported by the legacy driver. so I would go with legacy. By reinstalling fresh Batocera from formated drive we will automatically eliminate possibility that install went wrong the first time. Also by not installing the hybrid script it will be easier to establish if the problem was the graphic/cpu or there was something else. Seeing how hybrid script basically did little to nothing to help you start games there might be another reason. Make sure you take the x64 version: https://camargo.batocera.org/nvidia-legacy/upgrades/stable/last/batocera-5.25-x86_64-20200315.img.gz.

BZZ Lecreateurlol63 good. now open terminal in Batocera and tell me what it says. Even with black screen u should still see the terminal.
BZZ Lecreateurlol63 Can you connect to batocera via Putty ? Does it allow you to show terminal in Batocera (ALT+CTRL+F3)? Can you access your Batocera via network ? Leave the Nvidia on while you do that.
