No video output with power on

Everytime i boot the Tinker Board (non S Version) with the powerswitch of my powersupply there is no video output. The system is accessable with Puttys SSH Terminal. When i send a reboot with the SSH Terminal, the system reboots and then gives me video output.
I have tested Batocera 5.23, 5.24 and 5.25. Every Version needs a reboot to get video output.

Beta 5.26-tinkerboard-20200420 has one more problem. It does not boot. It hangs on Batocera boot screen after reboot per SSH.

I have exactly the same problem. I have a first generation tinker board.

Guys, at first power on, I got no video/audio on my system (Tinkerboard/hdmi/Pioneer home cinema amplifier/hdmi/Samsung TV.
I can only make it work with tinkerboard/hdmi/Samsung TV and only on HDMI n°2 on the TV. No way to get a signal differently.
Good luck, and hope 5.26 will slove the issue ?

[deleted] Thank you, this image solved my video problem. Now my Tinkerboard non S version has video output without reboot :)

[deleted] Unfortunately it solved the problem for the first boot only. When i shut down the Tinkerboard and boot it again, the “Planet-Intro” comes and while it plays the video out goes away. Then i have to reflash the SD Card to get the Tinkerboard booting with video out for the first boot.

[deleted] i have tested the “reboot with SSH terminal trick to get video out”. With your version of batocera the trick with reboot in SSH Terminal doesn`t work anymore. It boots fine only for the first time i flashed the SD card and boot the tinker board. After the first shutdown or reboot it shows the planet intro and the screen turns black.

You can use SSH and type in following line by line.

rm /etc/init.d/S03splash

then

batocera-save-overlay

and then reboot the mashine … issue gone
