Can’t load games/can’t connect to a wireless network/Ethernet not working

I recently acquired a raspberry pi 4 and I want to use batocera un it

My problem is that I can’t install games on the se card, I can’t connect to the internet (when I try to search or type in my network the pi can’t recognize any network)

ALTAIR Describe please more in details what you are doing step by step preferably. Im not great with RPI but others might ask you for the same ;-)

Yes I can give you more details about my issue.

First When I go to menu/ Network (Connect to a Wireless Network)
The RBP4 cant detect/connect to any network
It looks like the WiFi Setting are disable or something (not even Ethernet connection seems to be working)

Since I cant connect to a network, I cant add games either, When I try to connect to the IP address that the RBP4 Provides, Nothing happens (this ip is not available) I also tried to log in with the network log in (//BATOCERA) and nothing happens.

I tried using a USB to put the games, but the RBP4 Does not recognize the USB.

I’ve had similar issue with the wifi. It’s hit or miss. I got it working over ethernet but would like to use wifi.
