Retroarch per system Config?

Hi all, anyone know how to get retroarch to load a per system config?

For example, i want to set scanlines on MAME, and no scanlines on MEGADRIVE.

But whenever i make a change is affecting all systems?, ive tried turning of autoload auto config, and setting the config to load in options, but again that works once and you have to do it manually, it just keeps saving and loading everything from the default config?

Okay, if you’re going to play with retroarch setting for one Particular game (Overlay, Scanlines, ScreenSize, etc…).
After setting it to your liking, press the button back to retroarch. Under Quick Menu, There should be a save menu, Now you’ll have Three Selections, SAVE CORE OVERRIDE (Save to ALL CORE on that use the same emulator), Save to All Just on that Sections of Emulator, or SAVE GAME OVERRIDE (Save JUST for the Current GAME ONLY). I usually pick the last one.
I guess is something like that. Or hopefully like it…

you can also access per-system configuration in the emulation station menu, it’s pretty simple …

inside a system for instance you can just push select and chose of one of the two options at the bottom to specify config for just a system or just a game
