Hello I am new to this forum I have a dell optiplex 780 mt it has a Intel core 2 Quad Q9450 I think a terrible 5550 ati graphics card struggles on gamecube I was wanting to upgrade gpu to a nvidia 1030 ti would I need to upgrade my cpu as well I can put a 3.0 quad but was not sure of performance increase any help
