will the old batocera img for odroid go advance will work with the new black edition?

Looks like the specs are the same so it should probably work. I don’t know if anyone here has received the new version to test it. I just ordered one so I guess I will find out myself.

The black edition looks to have two additional buttons that would probably need to be mapped.

But the OGA 1.1 (BE) has a alternative mapping system and build-in wifi.

WIFI NOT WORKING HELP. I have to use the WIFI dongle from the 1.0 version I GOT 1 freaking week before they announced the 1.1. I Wanted the 2 buttons, The USB C and the WIFI so I plunked down my cash again(grumbling) WIFI DOES NOT WORK!!! I may have to use the stock image but IT SUCKS SO MUCH compared to This one.

CIao mclout99, are you using the same Batocera microsd\installation that you used on the old OGA?
In this case you may need to make a clean installation flashing again the microsd in order to let Batocera to be configured with the new features. I’m pretty sure that there will be a way to proper configure the internal wifi but this is the easiest way :)
Just remember that you will lose save, roms and config files in general.

What wifi USB dongle are you using?
