pillemats hey i have a rom set with 8500 mame roms but few roms are working.... wich bios files i must use do run all games ? my set ist Mame 0138 i dont know where i can get it
VaGNaroK pillemats Is your rom package in accordance with the ROM set mame 0.78? Only the roms of the mame set 0.78 works.
KryPtAlIvIaN Google is your best friend. Sounds like you need to search "MAME BIOS Pack" if i'm not mistaken. This should help fix your problem. You may put a copy of the neogeo bios in both the bios folder and the MAME rom folder.
pillemats yes i know and i have die bios pack already. i must also put the rom files directly in the rom folder right ?

chanchomann You should be rebuilding your full romsets with clrmamepro using the dat file in the batocera/recalbox/retropie share folder for that emulator. that will weed out the roms that absolutely wont work. and rebulding the working ones with the right files.
pillemats Ok i found the set and will try it ! The bios zip file Must be in the rom Folder too? And in the bios folder?
