Bios Question.

Hello Everyone!
Total noob here and I was hoping to get some help. Started using/playing with Batocera and have learned a TON from youtuber ETAprime. I thought he did a video where you could go through the menu and see what bios’s are missing from a game. I may be wrong and maybe it was someone else but I just cant find that video or remember if it was someone else. If someone could point me to that video and or give me the steps to check it I would greatly appreciate it. Like I said total noob so please bear with me.

You can see which bios files are missing, when you go to ES Main Menu, Game Settings, Missing Bios

I read all through the wiki page and I saw the sections of what bios’s are needed I just didnt see the steps you posted. Thanks for the reply and sorry Im trying to learn as much of this as i can as fast as I can,

joinski Can I ask you another bios question. Once I find them, I have some already, do the go in the bios folder or in the game system folder? Do they have to be unzipped?

alwx65 I think apart from neogeo they go to bios. wiki will tell you ;-)

BZZ I read through it a few times and I could have just missed it but I didnt see any where that it specifically lays it out what goes where ….

alwx65 f you open info file in each rom folder it will tell you if it needs bios there or not ;-)
