merdzd merdzd So i did like advised above renamed to “SHARE” copy all files via F1 file manager in batocera bot no games in \batocera\SHARE folder. So I will try install again.
BZZ merdzd Did you select correctly the disk in settings? Do you actually have games that you added? Do you have all bios files ?
merdzd ОК, looks like it’s only PSx games not running same bios and iso a copied from toshiba laptop where all psx Iso run no problem.
BZZ merdzd Same bios on the same version of Batocera ? ;) Run few PSX games and then create support file.
merdzd Toshiba linux 5.4.16 Sony 5.4.32 try to run Castlevania - Symphony of the Night (USA) https://send.firefox.com/download/0a0fbe6d78568d80/#rzxSytJ973OTIPNLMldaTA
[deleted] @merdzd Edit batocera-boot and set the autoexpand switch to true. This will allocate the whole 300GB. If this does not work then use a programm like gparted and manually expand the 256MB partition. try to run Castlevania - Symphony of the Night (USA) Yes and you run out of free space, right?
BZZ Chenteparao It does detect correctly when you start ? That is: Batocera does start but you besically haveno space on it ? Is your HDD ‘surveillance grade’ ? Try formating the HDD under windows in FAT rather than NTFS and try again. EDIT: There are few older topics on that. I just remembered solution @[deleted] gave some time ago. Check this post [deleted] .
merdzd @[deleted] I reinstall batocera 6th time maybe, and its created two partitions 3gb, 256gb - i can copy big size roms to \batocera\share now.
HanXHX After install, you must resize the share filesystem. Boot the system, log with ssh root. resize2fs /you/share/partition
Smokesjackson I been following this thread..I keep getting this: No such file or directory while opening /you/share/partition
merdzd I have copy all my bios and game files from Toshiba laptop where games works. No more space issue. Toshiba linux 5.4.16 all games works Sony 5.4.32 Sony PSX not working try to run Castlevania - Symphony of the Night (USA) support file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1e9Mhu-LoVG_QczBhrkaWL66QtFklbjfp?usp=sharing
DadLevelExpert I found the issue. The installer breaks the file system on the larger drives. Had to use the command line to repair and mount the userdata file. If anyone needs it, the commands are as follows: fsck.ext4 -y /dev/sda2 mount /dev/sda2 /media/share
