Nukethepeace Anybody has the same problem? Half or more of the sound effects in games are missing or sound strange in both of the systems in all of the games i’ve tested like Berzerk or Beamrider? I freshly installed 5.26, had not problems with them roms on 5.25. Tried all different sound drivers in Retroarch but no luck.
Razorgate22 Nukethepeace I have the same problem, with atari 2600 and Sega32X, some games are muted or noisy. I’m using the batocera 5.26 on the raspberry pi 3, in version 5.25 it was great.
slayer928 Yes! I have the exact same problem. 5.25 worked flawlessly, now i’m having strange sound effects and no music. I am using an Intel NUC. I tried different things, no luck. Any ideas?
Nukethepeace Fixed it here https://forum.batocera.org/d/4131-fixed-by-settings-change-lr-atari800-core-broken-sound-oga-black-edition/4
Razorgate22 Nukethepeace Thank you! totally solved the problem using these settings that you indicated. to save and not lose again just go into overrides and save in the three options that are inside: Save core overrides, save content directory overrides and save game overrides. It worked perfectly for audio problems only atari 2600! For the Sega32X it says everything the same but the problem continued, then I was testing other options, until that I discovered in Volume gain (db) I put 10.0 and the sound returned to normal. thank you very much, now it’s excellent! Congratulations on your support!
Razorgate22 Settings/Audio/ Output: alsa, latency set to 40ms Resampler: sinc, quality: normal Volume Gain: 0 Mixer Volume Gain: 0 For those with audio problems on the Sega32X, change the Volume Gain to -10.0
