rferrari81 hello everyone, I installed batocera on my new Raspberry 4 4gb but I have a problem. I use the PS4 joypad but I have lag of its controls during any game of any emulator. even in the batocera menus I see slowdowns, does anyone have a solution?
Warkdev Hello, I’ve noticed the same. What the resolution of your monitor / TV ? I’ve found out that forcing the resolution to 1080p greatly improved performance. I think that, by default, Batocera is pushing the resolution too high.
brainfrz82 1080p for emulationstation, and 720p for games is optimal i think. As far i’m aware all emulated games run in 720p. What case are you using? Not all cases (especially metal) are optimal to let bluetooth/wifi signals pass through. Also i noticed onboard bluetooth connection is better with wifi off.
