It's possible open terminal with .sh script?

I made a simple script for noob users to download themes, bios, direct in batocera, just click on script and wait, if possible, i would like open the terminal with script to show progress download and when finished return to emulationstation

i use this on putty

Where is it downloading from as I can't see that in the script anywhere

@Scofield i don't understand. you would like to call it from the es interface ?

nadenislamarre Yes, like a retropie, retropie use dialog for this menus, do you recommend some package?

not very user friendly.
however, it may be possible, but it require a minimum of configuration like
1) adding in es config a new emulator (ie tools)
2) use pygames (call it from es config) do display a minimal interface and call the script
