Performance de Batocera between usb / HD support ?

On the performance level of emulators :

Is there a big difference between a Batocera installed on a USB3.0 or USB2.0 or HD and or SSD bootable partition?

booting of batocera and loading times of bigger games (gamecube, wii and ps2 isos for example) could be a bit faster with usb 3.0 / ssd in comparison with usb 2.0 / usual hdd.
but you will barely notice, i guess.
in terms of emulation performance, there should be absolutely no difference.

Thx to you but it was my conclusion …

Because my computer is Optiplex 7010 (I5-3550 @3.30GHz 4 cores, 8Go DDR3 (1600MHz)) carte ATI X600 256Mo with CRT 15KHz, some emulators not work good like Dreamcast/ Ps2 / Gamecube …

I don’t know if my computer is fast enough or it’s my graphic card. but someone said to me that the card is just to 15KHz, only the cpu are working for emulators.

guess it is your graphics card, that is too old/weak for ps2/gamecube

Yes I know but When I put a ATI 7470 (patched 15KHz), the emulators look good but all 8/16/32 bits emulators become slow … (under Batocera 5.25)

On Batocera 5.26 in 15KHz, if i put some modeline in 50Hz all 8/16/32 bits emulators are slow … in 60Hz all emulators are ok but some emulators freeze after sometime … it is for this reason I stay on 5.25.

So I don’t know whish card good for 15KHz are good enough for all emulators (with no bug) under Batocera …
