[Libretro UAE] [Rpi3] How do I remap keys to joypad?

Hey Guys,

Hope someone can point me in the right direction. I want to set up buttons on my arcade cab to play pinball dreams/fantasies/illusions. I believe these games use cursor key to launch ball and left/right shift to control flippers. I would love to map these to buttons i have on the side of my cab. Whats the correct way of setting this and saving. I know that some configs cant be saved with batocera as it overrides things. Has anyone done this and how did you do it?

cavemanuk may be you can do it from retro arch, I do it from there and the controls have not belen deleted Yet, the thing Is If the retro arch recognize your controls properly because i think only recognize joisticks, but you can try it.
