Dual Shock 4 Unstable In PC Version 64

I bought a raspiberry with batocera and I liked it so much that now I bought a mini pc, but I have the following problem on the mini pc:

I press a button and it won’t
Some button presses alone

I’ve tried the following already:

I tested three different dongles
I reinstalled the version batocera-5.26-x86_64-20200527.img
I tried the version batocera-5.27-x86_64-20200718.img
I increased the VRAM
I changed the router channel
Change the controller driver to official, bluez and shawman

And I continue with the problem, my configuration is:

i3 7100
HD Barracuda 4TB for roms
32 GB pendrive for the system
8GB Ram
2x Dual Shock 4 original

I love batocera but I can’t use it on the mini PC, any help is welcome.

is it an original/geniune Sony Dual Shock 4 controller?
and which version (Rev 1 or Rev 2)?

and could you tell some more details about the bluetooth dongles you used?

Yes, they are original controls from Sony and worked very well on the batocera 5.25 for raspiberry. I do not know the version of the controller.

try plugging the bluetooth dongle into another usb-port (if you have front usb-ports on your case, then try one of those or alternatively use a usb-extension cable), or try another bluetooth dongle/adapter (if you can get one for testing purpose somehwere)

I’ve tried three dongles of this type and none of them worked.

I solved the problem by buying an internal card and an antenna:
