Amiga CD32 is not saving / loading savegames

AMIGA CD32 not saving anything. i played through fury of the furries to the second world, which should save a savegame, since there is no password option, so it would save as on other platforms.
but when i exit and restart the game, there is no savegame, nothing.
it did show however, on game over, the second world on the 1st savegame slot, but after restart it´s gone…
i dont really know what to do now how do i get it to save savegames ?

i found a sufficient way around this by just using the save and load state options from the amiga emulator (menu hotkey or start on joystick). it s a little to get used to but it ll do

sorry but the problem is/seems to be gone now. ever since i started using save and load states it is gone. i also found out that certain games can only be run by performing the following
like with kangfu which will not run due to a memory bug in the cd32 you need to;

load the game from within batocera, (hotkey amiga emulator menu) - then go to disk menu eject disk, reset amiga, load disk again from disk menu, and the game runs.
